Mr. Roach handles all phases of civil litigation and arbitration from pre-litigation negotiations and mediations through trial and appeal.  Mr. Roach is experienced and practices in both state and federal courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration venues.  Mr. Roach's approach to litigation is based on three principles.  First and foremost, Mr. Roach pursues his client's business objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner, recognizing that the strategy needed to leverage the best outcome maybe different with every case.  Second, while recognizing that trial is often a last resort, Mr. Roach treats and prepares each case as if it will go to trial.  Third, Mr. Roach believes in leveraging technology throughout the litigation process, to gain the most from discovery and, more importantly, to tell his client's story in the most compelling fashion.
